Vaulted provides a platform for tracking and showcasing on-chain collectibles and portfolios. We aggregate public blockchain data to display user assets and rankings.

3. Blockchain Data & Risks

Our Service interacts with public blockchains. You acknowledge that:

• We do not control the blockchains and are not responsible for transaction failures or high gas fees.
• Information displayed on Vaulted is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallets.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and blockchain data) are and will remain the exclusive property of Vaulted and its licensors.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
